Title Re-establishment Surveys

A Title Re-establishment Survey is the process of a surveyor going out on site to legally determine the physical boundaries of your property.  This is required for;

  • building on or near a title boundary
  • the building of new fences
  • subdivision of properties
  • extending your house near a boundary

The process of title re-establishment involves a surveyor taking into account existing copy of title, survey marks, fences, buildings and other registered surveys to determine the relationship between the physical occupation of the block and its legal boundary.

Title Re-establishment Surveys are important surveys with legal implications and must be carried out by licensed surveyors.  Our licensed surveyors, Paul Clements and Phillip Culvenor, have many years of survey experience and specialise in this area of surveying.
