A Title Re-establishment Survey is the process of a surveyor going out on site to redefine the legal boundaries of your property. This is required for;
- the building of new fences
- subdivision of properties
- extending your property or building on or near a boundary
The process of title re-establishment involves a surveyor taking into account existing copy of title, survey marks, fences, buildings and other registered surveys to determine the relationship between the physical occupation of the block and it's legal boundary.
Title Re-establishment Surveys must be carried out by licensed surveyors, and therefore we will at times sub-contract out this work. Our licensed surveyors include Phillip Culvenor and James Sprott, whom have many, many years of survey experience behind them.
